Conform statisticilor RomCard, doar 0,2 procente din totalul tranzactiilor cu cardul efectuate prin Internet reprezinta fraude sau plangeri (chargeback-uri), generate intotdeauna de cumparator, respectiv posesorul de card. In peste 90% din cazuri, acesta nu recunoaste tranzactia.
