US Army defeated by the Romanian thieves

The Romanian thieves were stealing last night 15 m from the fence of the US Army base in Mihail Kogălniceanu, near Constanta.
The fence was guarded by armed soldiers.
The thieves cut it with a wirecutters and it seems that they intend to sell it as scrap iron.
The soldiers saw the theft in the morning.
The thieves were not found yet.
