Soul Intent is a Detroit rap group which was around in the early to mid 1990s. The group consisted of white rapper M&M (now Eminem), and MC Proof, and DJ Butterfingers.

Additionally, they may provide coverage of risks which are neither available nor offered in the traditional insurance market at reasonable prices, and allow the relevant group direct access to reinsurance markets.
