Google Earth, is a free virtual globe formerly known as Keyhole. It was developed by Keyhole, Inc., which was bought by Google in 2004. Keyhole was renamed Google Earth in 2005 and is currently only officially available for use on personal computers running Microsoft Windows. Google Earth overlays satellite imagery, aerial photography and GIS information over a 3D model of the Earth.

This is a hardware/software box that hooks into a corporate intranet.
