A law for witches and fortune tellers in Romania

Today the Parliament discuss a bill for witches and fortune tellers. In accordance with the project of law, the witches must obtain a permit to practice and join a professional organization, and they must issue tax invoices to VAT.
 
 There will be severe penalties if the spells have no effect or their predictions do not come true. A witch may be criminal fines or jail time from six months to three years.
 
 The witches and fortune tellers are not allowed to locate offices in addition to schools, churches and public institutions around.
