Please can you tell me if there is an way to put 5 or 6 input boxes separetle for Name, Sure Name Day of birth ect, or maybe an admin panel where you can put fields that you want in,also it woud be nice an input box for a picture of the past away.

Hi thanks so much for this script you have done a great job but I was wondering if you had any plans on incorporating it into wordpress blogs ? I see you have done so for Joomla and others and I would love it if wordpress was available too somehow .
