Google Base is an online database provided by Google into which anyone can add almost any type of content. As of 2005, it is available to the public as a beta version, however the rest of Google's services do not yet contain information about, or link to, information from Google Base. Because information about the service was leaked before public release, it generated much interest in the IT community prior to release. Google subsequently responded on their blog with an official statement:

Google Analytics is a free service offered by Google that generates detailed statistics about the visitors to a website. Its main highlight is that a webmaster can optimize his ad campaigns through Google Analytics' analysis of where the visitors came from, how long they stayed on the website, and their geographical position.

Lively room

Google forgot of Jaiku, the social networking, micro-blogging and lifestreaming service purchased by Google in 2007, and wants now to compete with Linden's Second Life.

Lively, available in Google Labs, like Second Life, need a software to be downloaded and installed in your computer (only Windows, for now), and it uses the common browser for the members (it is, in fact, a plug-in for browsers).
